What is HomesIDX?
HomesIDX is a CRMLS IDX vendor: it delivers California Regional MLS listings to agent and broker websites as a JSON API, a one-line embed, or a hosted search page, with MLS display rules and the CRMLS IDX paperwork handled. Plans start at $49 a month.
Do I need my broker's approval?
Yes. CRMLS authorizes IDX per website with an IDX Request Form signed by the agent and the broker of record. HomesIDX pre-fills the form and files it with CRMLS licensing for you.
Which MLS does HomesIDX cover?
California Regional MLS (CRMLS), the largest MLS in the United States, covering most of Southern California including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.
Can I use it with the website I already have?
Yes. Paste the one-line embed into WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or any custom site, or point a subdomain at the hosted search page. Developers can build directly on the JSON API instead.
How fresh is the listing data?
The CRMLS feed is replicated incrementally about every 15 minutes with a daily reconciliation pass, well inside the 12-hour refresh MLS rules require. Off-market listings drop within the hour.
